Your room pays
Upload the receipt or enter the token number from your phone. Each submission gets its own transaction ID.

The administrator verifies
Receipts count once checked. Tokens count straight away and come off if the meter refuses them. If something is rejected, you see exactly why.

The token goes in the meter
Loading a token is recorded separately from paying for it, so money and electricity are never confused.

Every room can check what the others have contributed and which tokens have been used, without asking anyone.
No token counted twice
A token number can only be recorded once across the compound. A duplicate is refused the moment it is entered.
Every change is traceable
Approvals, corrections and rate changes are kept in an audit trail with who, when and why.
